Processing & Results
Using Nail App is simple. Here is how the process works step by step:
1. Open the app
When you launch the app, you’ll first see the Upgrade My Photo screen.
2. Continue to the access screen
Tap Upgrade My Photo to open the Get Full Access page.
Here you have two options:
Start Now — choose a subscription and get full access
Explore Styles — browse styles before subscribing
3. Explore and choose a style
Tap Explore Styles to see all available styles.
Select the one you like and open it.
4. Apply the selected style
Tap Apply This Style.
5. Upload your photo
Tap Upload Your Photo and select the image you want to enhance.
6. Select the format
Tap Select Format and choose:
Vertical Story
Square Post
7. Create your result
Tap Create Photo.
Processing usually takes around 60 seconds.
8. Download your result
Once ready, tap the image and press Download to save it.
9. Try again if needed
Tap Try Again if you want another version.
You can:
upload a new photo
change the format
or keep the same setup
Then tap Create Photo again.
Important
For best results, upload a clear photo of hands and nails only.
Avoid images with multiple objects or distractions in the frame.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account.
Here’s how:
Steps to cancel:
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Tap your profile icon (usually in the top right corner)
Go to Subscriptions
Find Nail App in your active subscriptions
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
What happens after cancellation?
Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged again after that
You can continue using PRO features until the subscription expires
Important
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not directly by Nail App.
This means cancellation must be done through the store where you made the purchase.
All payments and refunds in Nail App are processed directly by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store).
To request a refund, you need to submit it through the platform where you made your purchase.

What happens next?
Once you submit your request, the store will review it
Refund decisions are made entirely by Apple or Google
In most cases, processing takes around 24–48 hours, but it may vary
Important
Nail App does not process payments or refunds directly
We cannot approve, reject, or speed up refund requests
All decisions are handled by the store you used for the purchase

In most cases, if a creation fails, your credits are not deducted.
However, if you notice that credits were deducted but no result was generated, follow these steps:
Step 1: Restore your purchases
Go to your Profile and tap “Restore Purchases”.
This will sync your account and update your credit balance.
Step 2: Try again
After restoring, try generating your image again.
Step 3: Contact support

With an active subscription in NailApp, you receive credits every month based on your selected plan:
Subscription plans
Starter — 40 credits per month
Creator — 100 credits per month
Pro — 300 credits per month
Credits are automatically added to your account at the start of each billing cycle.
How credits work
Credits are used to generate images in the app
Each creation consumes a certain number of credits
Your balance updates instantly after each use
Monthly renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month.
At the beginning of each new billing period, your credits are refreshed according to your plan.
Need more credits?
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time:
10 credits
20 credits
This allows you to continue creating without waiting for the next billing cycle.
Sync your balance
If your credits don’t appear correctly, go to your Profile and tap “Restore Purchases” to sync your account.

If your payment was successful but your credits are not visible in NailApp, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Restore your purchases
Go to your Profile and tap “Restore Purchases”.
This will sync your account and update your credit balance.
Step 2: Refresh your balance
In your Profile, tap the “Refresh” button to manually update your credit balance.
Step 3: Check again
After restoring and refreshing, return to your profile and check your updated credit balance.
Step 4: Contact support
If your credits still do not appear, please contact us at:

Include:
your account email
a short description of the issue
(optional) screenshot of the payment
Note
If the purchase is confirmed but credits were not delivered, we will review the case and add your credits manually.
